CPA office adding a bookkeeper with strong Quickbooks; bank reconciliations; payroll (full service, from generating checks, scheduling tax payments through to reconciling payroll to the general ledger); quarterly and annual filing of payroll reports; preparation of annual 1099’s; sales tax preparation and filings (SC, NC and GA); and either experience or a desire for tax preparation for corporate/partnership/individual tax returns.
Associates degree and/or 3 years experience in bookkeeping/payroll in a CPA firm or similar office.
