Regional Law Firm currently seeking CSR to take Inbound calls to provide assistance, status updates, and answers to client inquiries.
This position is responsible for taking inbound calls from clients and answering questions regarding status updates of case files. This requires an ability to research internal databases and online resources to provide answers in a prompt and courteous manner.
2-3 years in a call center, help desk or CSR capacity; Professional demeanor; Excellent communication both written and oral; Outstanding computer skills, database navigation, and research ability.
